MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2017 Oct 12

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Another fine night, with mostly good seeing.  At one point a tiny
cloud, the only one in the sky, passed over my target, which was
almost comical!  

The TCS is working fine, but I do see an occasional excursion of a
few arcseconds while tracking -- it's not the guider, it's the
telescope.  This doesn't matter much for my work but will be
an issue with direct imaging. Fortunately these are pretty rare,
and tend to occur at large hour angles.
