Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

Heavy cloud cover until at least 2:45 AM; filing now since we 
have to leave for the airport before too long and will definitely
not open even if it starts to clear off (which it may well).
