MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Feb 09 Observer(s): Douglas, Weaver, Carmichael Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: OSMOS/R Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details. Seeing and Weather: Clouds from 1000 until 1400. Beg: Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: We opened at sunset and had good clear weather for most of the night, with no signs of smoke as far as we could tell. Around UT~10 we noticed cirrus starting to come in, illuminated by the moon, which about doubled our exposure times.
