MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Jan 28 Observer(s): A. Nunez Institution(s): Columbia Instrument: OSMOS R4K Worked for 5 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Clear, Winds High End: Clear, Winds High Observing Summary: Low humidity and clear skies prevailed during the night. The night started with moderate-to-strong winds. By 11:30 PM, KPNO closed for strong winds, sustained winds at ARO reached 32 mph, and sustained winds at MDM reached 25 mph, with gusts getting uncomfortably close to 40 mph.
