MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Jul 07

Worked for 4 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from start until 1AM.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Got sporadic rain before sunset. Then around sunset
it started storming, so I went through the lightning
shutdown procedure for both telescopes. The storming
didn't last too long, but clouds stuck around for a
while. Didn't open up until 1AM. Clouds rolled in again
around 4 and didn't go away.
