MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Mar 16 Observer(s): Ryan Chornock Institution(s): Ohio University Instrument: OSMOS/B Worked for 10 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: It was overcast at sunset, so the first hour or so of the night wasn't very useful, as it was hard to find even standard stars at first. But the clouds quick dissipated and it was pretty clear after midnight. The humidity crept up over the limit in morning twilight, so I skipped morning standards and shut down a little early. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2018 Mar 17 [6:08:20]
