MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 May 18 Observer(s): Ryan Chornock Institution(s): Ohio University Instrument: OSMOS/B Worked for 9.5 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.5 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.25 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Once again, I had pretty good conditions and everything worked smoothly. I had a brief scare with the humidity from 9:30-11. After being very dry all week, including the beginning of tonight, the humidity spiked up to about 75% and remained high for about an hour before dropping back down to around 35% again. This was my final night on this excellent run: no lost time, no clouds, mostly good seeing. Hard to ask for more! ------------------------------ Submitted on 2018 May 19 [5:07:04]
