MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2018 Sep 27

Instrument: modspec + echelle CCD

Worked for 11 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Another beautiful night, though moonier than an editorial meeting
at the Washington Times.  Not filing a trouble report, but I did
have some trouble with the autofocus.  I disabled it in the 
middle of the night and touched up the focus, and when I enabled 
the autofocus again, it drove the focus out by a couple hundred 
microns.  By that time the truss temperature was pretty stable
so I turned it off.
