MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2019 Jan 28

Bad weather most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.

Observing Summary:

Night started off passably clear, but by the time this new observer succeeded in getting on target WIYN had closed the dome due to pervasive clouds. Cleared up around 2:30am, got on target but couldn't focus guider (see trouble report). Donut was too big to guide. Succeeded in hand-guiding and getting my first MDM spectrum! Then WIYN closed again and I called it a night.
