MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2019 Mar 18 Observer(s): Schiminovich, Observational Astronomy Class Institution(s): Columbia University Instrument: OSMOS, MDM 4K (Blue) Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm End: Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Patchy clouds interfered with some targeting but skies clear otherwise. Students continued to use OSMOS in imaging and spectroscopic modes. We had no instrument or telescope problems.
