MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2020 Dec 16 Observer(s): Fesen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: OSMOS Worked for 11 hours (all night) Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Clear, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Clear, Winds Light & Variable End: Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: A clear night with good seeing (1.0 to 1.5 ). Clouds rolled in the morning just as twilight started; good timing! No instrument problems to report but there were two instances of a loud bang from the dome. Upon inspection, I could not find the cause in either case while the telescope continued to work just fine. Strange. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2020 Dec 17 [7:11:27]
