Seeing and Weather:
   High Winds all night.
   Beg: Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Clear, Winds High
   End: Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Windy throughout the night, resulting poor guiding and seeing condition.

The main shutter and dropout cannot be closed in the morning, after the observation.
