MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2021 Jan 07 Observer(s): Rupert Institution(s): MDM Instrument: OSMOS/B Worked for 12 hours (all night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Clouds all night. Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 0.9 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Heard the bang from the dome again: once in the early goings and once a little after 2. I noticed the guide star jump in both X and Y after the second occurrence, making me suspect it's coming from the telescope itself. Once again dealt with clouds for part of the night. No other issues. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2021 Jan 8 [5:42:41]
