MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2021 Jun 21

Worked for 7 hours (most of the night)
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Mostly pretty clear, but altocumulus plagued parts of the night,
forcing pauses.  Seeing was pretty good.  Closed near start of
twilight to leave for the airport.

Not worth a trouble report, but a large jump in Maxim-DL  Y  
in a centering check while tracking the same object suggests that
the guide probe is not steady in the corresponding axis (which is,
thankfully, perpendicular to the dispersion).  That would explain
some other puzzling things I found on this run, which I can 
describe at greater length when I don't have a plane to catch.
