MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2022 Jan 14 Observer(s): John Thorstensen Institution(s): Dartmouth Instrument: OSMOS + B4k Worked for 10 hours (most of the night) Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Overcast, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1+-3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds High, wind variable. End: Seeing 2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: The night started with thick cloud, which cleared away, but there was always cirrus around somewhere. Winds and seeing were both highly variable; seeing was often rather poor, but sometimes pretty good, depending (more or less) on what the wind was doing. Not a great night, but usable. ------------------------------ Submitted on 2022 Jan 15 [7:17:31]
