MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2022 Jan 15

Worked for 3.5 hours (part of the night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds from start until 3 AM.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds High
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Moonlit cloud of various optical depth until 3 AM, and pretty
windy to start. Then it cleared up pretty quickly -- the clear 
edge was easily seen in the satellite animation on the National
Weather Service site -- so I opened up for a productive few 
hours. Wind by that time had also died down to almost nothing,
and the seeing was decent.  It never cleared compleely, but it
was fine for spectroscopy.

Dome rotation wouldn't stop at shutdown; see trouble report. 
No impact on obsevations.
