MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2023 Nov 15

Bad weather most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Rain all night.

Observing Summary:

While experimenting with writing a calibration script, the arc 
lamps and the finder could not be controlled from prospero.  In 
the prospero status screen, TC was listed as UP -TCSLink and at 
one point DOWN -TCSLink.  Changing the slit changed the DOWN to 
UP and clicking on the finder in the MIS screen brought +TCSLink
back.  After that, everything was fine.  Possibly related to this,
early today, the Windows machine may have restarted itself.
