MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2024 Apr 10

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Great night!  Totally clear, calm, and dark. We lost a small
amount of time right at the beginning of the night due to a TCS
issue (which might have been our fault) -- the telescope was
tracking, but the HA rate reported was 0.0. In this state, we
couldn't use the hand paddle to move the telescope -- it would
go back to where it had been.  Eric generously logged in remotely
to help.  We got excellent data after that.
