Bad weather most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.

Observing Summary:

Poor weather all night. Humidity was high and we had a bit of snow. 
We were in the clouds for nearly the entire night. 
Lost power around 1am; generators turned on automatically. 
Power was restored ~5pm on 2/11.
