Conditions were Overcast most of the night.

Seeing and Weather:
   Clouds all night.
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Moonlit high cloud all night.  Opened briefly during a somewhat
thinner interval to acquire a star for training, but took no
actual data.  Found TCS computer had frozen -- see the trouble
report.
