MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2024 Jan 15

Worked for 13 hours (all night)
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Cirrusy at start but mostly nice and clear.  Seeing was good,
too.  No technical problems.  Prompted by the JSkyCalc sky 
display I stepped out on the platform in early twilight and 
could see Mercury rising!
