Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Observing Summary:

Dust all night long; we never opened.  It was cloudy and hazy in the early part of the
evening, but after 10:30 or 11 it cleared up beautifully.  However, Kitt Peak domes
never opened, and we could see dust our flashlight tests all night. Bummer.
