MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2025 May 15

Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the separate trouble report for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Clear, Winds Calm, dust
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm, dust
   End: Clear, Winds Calm, dust

Observing Summary:

Closed basically all night for dust. Could not guide at all. I
could see stars, but not find any that matched jskycalc (more info
in email to eric and john). Not sure what the issue is I found a 
few issues with Sally's attempts mainly that the guide probe was
not stepping correctly and needed to be reset and the focus was
too high (this may be due to a restart of the TCS). I have 
struggled to find a guide star before but not on many targets like
tonight. Not sure what is causing it.
