MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2025 Sep 12

Worked for 10 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1+ arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

I was finally able to work all night, though I missed the very 
first flats while I cleared some residual condensation on the 
dewar window.  There was a lot of cumulus during the day, but 
not much big convection, and the last of the fair-weather cumulus
took until about the end of twilight to go away. Seeing was 
pretty good all night. 

I rotated the instrument for one target and found that the monitor
in the dome that mirrors the TCS monitor was not hooked up!  I 
didn't need an exact angle so I guessed and iterated once, which
was close enough, but it'd be nice if I could plug it in.
