MDM Observatory 2.4m Telescope Observing Report for 2026 Jan 13

Worked for 12 hours (all night)
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.3 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Good conditions. Hit targets for Viraj and Jimin. Had only one
issue where the dome randomly ran off to face 180 degrees away 
from where I was. It wasn't near the meridian, and I have never
seen it do that before. It fixed itself by me letting it realize
it had run off and came back to match the telescope azimuth.
