MDM Trouble Report for 2000 Dec 26

Instrument: Echelle 2K CCD

Problem(s) Encountered:
Before a start of observing, I found the TCS system was stopped.
It was thought to be occurred at 11(LT), according to the time
of stopped TCS monitor.

This problem was fixed by rebooting TCS PC. I manually restored
coordinates using the tilt meters following as stated in 
the telescope manual.
