MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Apr 28

Problem(s) Encountered:

I was still seeing elongated stars (oriented North South) in the 
center of the chip for some of my standard fields. 
(Please see trouble report from night before for more details)
 So I spent a couple of hours trying to tweak the guider 
parameters.  I changed the dec guide rate to various values and
 I saw no change in the images.

However when I went to my high latitude fields, everything 
looked good.  The stars were round in the center of the chip.
