MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Feb 6

Problem(s) Encountered:
The winds were gusting between 15 and 30 mph tonight.  
I wasn't sure if that would be dangerous for the bottom half 
of the dome shutter or not, so I tried opening up to see.  When
I heard it start to bang around, I shut right back up.  

If you could give me some idea of what kind of winds you think
it can sustain, I'd appreciate it.  I'd hate to lose the rest of
my run by being overly cautious--or break the shutter off by trying 
to risk it.
