MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Jan 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
Alt      Alhough I have tried POINTING a couple of times, the telescope 
        pointed ~4 arcmin to the south with respect to the intended 
        targets. The trend seems variable in both RA and DEC. And from 
        the middle of the observing run, it did not happen at all.
