MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Jul 14

Instrument: nellie + 4 inch filter wheel

Problem(s) Encountered:
Have started to analyze the data from our June observing run,
and have discovered that 1/2 of the time that we thought
we were using the V filter, we were in fact using the R filter.
In doing our multi-colour photometry, we always observed
in the sequence: BVIV
However, upon taking a close look at things, it appears that
the filter wheel consistently stopped at R for the final 
exposure, so we had the following sequence: BVIR.  
It looks like the filter wheel gets stuck at R after an
I exposure, while it was fine in going from V to I in the first
place.
