MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Jun 28

Telescope: 1.3m

Problem(s) Encountered:
Dome encoder is not working.  I checked some of the connectors,
and the fuse, and I also chased as many lady bugs as I could
out of the encoder. but it still isn't providing the dome azimuth.
