MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Feb 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
IC would not start up properly.  The color monitor was switched
off.  When the monitor was switched on IC came up, but had lost
track of where the data storage directory was.  Problem was
solved using Jerry Mason's notes on WC/IC problem fixes.
