MDM Trouble Report for 2001 May 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
In the afternoon, tried to take calibration data.  Got a error
message saying the IE was not responding.  Did a status in the 
prospero window which returned that the IE and CB were down.

I then went out to the dome, turned off the west box (red) & turned it back on 
again.  Typed startup in the prospero window -- IE & CB were down.

The second thing I tried was to quit out of CCDS on the IC & go back into the 
CCDS.  Ran startup in prospero - everything seemed okay.  I then
took 1 exposure - no problem.  When I went to take the next one 
I got a warning message that the IE was not responding.
Tried to take another exposure and I got the following error
 message:

IC> Warning: Instrument electronics not responding
IC> FATAL: Sequencer Error. Check sequencer and electronics 
boxes


The last thing I tried was to restart the IC & WC computers.
Everything was up except the IC -SYNC.  I could not get the disks
SYNCed.
