MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Nov 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
TIFKAM's IC computer crashed twice tonight.  It appears to have
been in the middle of a readout while in movie mode when it died.
The second time it crashed I noticed the following error on the
IC screen:
ERROR 5 at pgm-ctr:415442
I don't know if that's useful or not.

Anyway, re-booting the IC, and then restarting the WC, IC, and
Prospero did eventually get things up again.  (After the first
crash, the system came up fairly easily, but it took a few more
tries the second time to get things back up.)

Also, as an addendum to the previous trouble report regarding the
prefilter wheel on TIFKAM:  When it jammed on me tonight, it
appeared to get stuck moving from lower numbered slots to 4 and
above, but by stepping around the other way, I was able to get to
slot 4, and didn't have problems moving from 4 to 3.  Seems to
suggest that the wheel gets stuck moving in the forward 
direction (toward higher slot numbers).
