MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Nov 9

Problem(s) Encountered:
Clouds stopped observing.
Used 'abort' command in detcom to stop exposure.
Subsequent exposures give error communicating with SLAVE board.
Tried pressing reset button on SLAVE power supply box.
still error when communicating with SLAVE board.
Followed shutdown procedure by 'detach'ing detcom and powering
down SLAVE and MASTER power supply.
Powered up SLAVE and MASTER and started detcom.
Still having trouble communicating with SLAVE board.
After typing 'readout' in detcom had fewer communication error
messages.  Though test images would get through 49% reading and
then freeze followed after a long pause by the error message
'no data for 2500 sec' or something similar to that.
Finally tried recycling power on instrument and restarting 
detcom again.  Things worked just fine after this.  No trouble communicating
with MASTER and SLAVE board and images readout without trouble.
Subsequent observing and reducing of images verified instrument
is working.
