MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Sep 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
Telescope was commanded to go to RA 23 19 36, Dec +8 21 31 at
Hour Angle -1 43 45.  Telescope started move and came close 
to the object but was unable to complete the move.  Received
the error 'Dec encoder not responding' on the TCS PC.  Slewed to 
a nearby object and had the same problem.  Slewed to the zenith
and then back to the object and the problem did not re-occur.
