MDM Trouble Report for 2001 Sep 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
The TV guider did not guide.  The software seemed to work, 
but the stars, no matter how nice and bright, but not saturated, 
did not get 'pulled' into the center of the box as it usually 
works.  Instead, they drifted out along with the telescopes.  Our
faint sources surely moved out of the slit. Also, the JHK grism
on the prefilter wheel did not work.  It seemed to go into place 
but there was no dispersion.  Also, when taking the 'lamp-off'
spectroscopic flats, with the grism in place there was an 
illumniation behind the slit.
