MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Apr 3

Telescope: 1.3m
Observer(s): Miwa Block (Michigan)

Problem(s) Encountered:
 Broad bands appeared across images especially in biases.
The Telescope was position at around HA 0 Dec +22 .
I changed the dec to +32 but the bands and lines did not go away.
