MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Aug 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
I aborted (control C) a focus exposure. After this one of the
utility boards went dead (3 instead of 7 lights). Error messages
on detcom suggested rebooting etna. No effect.
Boards were manually switched off and on. Other board went dead,
dead board became live. Suggests an electronic initialization
problem. Did a complete (lightning) shutdown of soft and
hardware and brought the system back online. No effect.
Operations had to be suspended. No exposures could be taken.
