MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Feb 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
I forgot to report this minor problem last night.
In the middle of an exposure, kilauea crashed due
to a 'panic: asynchronous memory fault'. It rebooted
and was back in operation in a few minutes. However,
the CCD was then producing corrupted data.  I cured
the latter by simply reloading the DSP code using 'df'.
It was not necessary to power-cycle the CCD electronics.

By the way, as has been noted before, the CCD will
occasionally fail to write the file, and then when
I type 'wf' to recover the data, it is corrupted.
This will typically happen about once per night.
