MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Nov 4

Problem(s) Encountered:
two minor problems
1.  8x8 binned preview image for 8K images not working.
    All pixel values are zero.
    Individual raw images are fine.
    The preview image worked find then stopped working off and on throughout night.  Please advise on procedure to correct this
2.  The tracking may need adjusting or guide settings are non-optimal?
     The East-West guide corrections (dx) were consistently large and negative (~>-1.8).
