MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Sep 1

Problem(s) Encountered:
The filterwheel cannot be moved, not by computer and not by
hand using the ACE.
The computer is also not able to sense the position of the
filterwheel and refuses to take exposures.
I reset and rebooted etna, the ccds and tried to get the filters
back online with the ACE. I got the computer to sense the filter
position, but was unable to reproduce this after I moved the
filters by opening the filterwheel door and moving the filters
by hand.
I suspect there's something wrong with the filter motor and the
position sensors.
Until maintenance is done operations are not possible.
