MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Sep 20

Telescope: 1.3m
Observer(s): DePoy & Marshall (Ohio State)
Instrument: Echelle

Problem(s) Encountered:
Guider will not focus when telescope is in focus. Also, does not
seem to guide well in DEC and allows star to drift out of 
box (could be related to poorly focussed images?).

Telescope occasionally (few times during the night) jumps in
DEC.
