MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Apr 12

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Halpern, Gezari (Columbia)
Instrument: Mk III

Problem(s) Encountered:
1. Guider seems not to be communicating to the telescope.
   Program is running, and it sees stars in the box, but
   telescope still drifts.  Tried recommended parameters
   for slit guiding, but it didn't work. Had to hand guide
   all night.

2. Finder camera is not receiving any light, either in filtered
   or open position.
