MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Apr 13

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Crotts (Columbia)
Instrument: Mrk III/Echelle

Problem(s) Encountered:
Guider died for no apparent reason; PCGUIDER would not recognize
star despite it being centered in guide box on TV monitor.
Rebooting computer would not help.  Jules and I jiggled frame
grabber card and ribbon connector to DTI box, and PCGUIDER
recognized star but would not send error signals to telescope.
Jiggling them again got both functions to work again.
