MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Jan 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
Chichon did a PANIC - asynchronous memory fault around 4 AM.
I wasn't working on it at the time, it just happened.  I've
seen this before from time to time, just recording it here
so this behavior can be tracked.

The guide computer fan is quite loud and is now by far the 
major noise source in the observing room.  This is a human-
factors issue on these long nights, it would be good to 
fix it.
