MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Jul 7

Problem(s) Encountered:
During our entire run, we've had problems with the alignment
(or design!) of the guider camera.  Early in the run, the
left half of the TV field was obscured or blocked or 
vignetted or whatever, so that we could see guide stars
only on the right half and in a strip along the top edge.

The blocked area has now grown or shifted to encompass nearly
the entire area of the guider TV.  We can see guide stars
only in a very narrow strip along the top and right of
the TV field of view.

This may be position dependent, worse in the west.  We
closed an hour early since we had trouble finding guide
stars even near the galactic plane.
