MDM Trouble Report for 2002 May 10

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Johnson/Dijkstra (Columbia)
Instrument: 8K

Problem(s) Encountered:
The 8K was not reading out the 4,5,6,and 7 chips.  Updated .lod files, problem resolved.
However, the commands 'pon','poff', and 'readout' are not recognized
by detcom. Tried restarting detcom, did not help.

Guider tv flickered intermittently for 10 minutes and said 'camera not found' when telescope was at large hour angle (~4hrs)
Problem seemed to respond to vibrations, went away of it own accord, and did not recur.
