MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Oct 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
at the beginning of the night, the camera did not start 
correctly, lights on master and slave were not turned on,
we fix the problem shutting down the camera and restarting, 
after resetting the camera worked well

this did not affect the following observations, but sunset 
skyflats could not be taken

while closing everything, we could not put back the dark slide
in its position, leaving it stuck nearly open 

of course, this did not affect the observing
