MDM Trouble Report for 2002 Oct 16

Telescope: 2.4m

Instrument: 8K

Problem(s) Encountered:
the camera didn't start, a problem with fiber cables, 
we couldn't solve it, so we called Bob, eventually he had 
to come, and he fixed it (thanks!)

chichon crashed (and rebooted) while 8K was taking an exposure, 
with no apparent reason, it is now the second time it happens

only detcom, xtcs4 and iraf was running on the pc at this moment
